When you get in touch
Our inquiry form collects your name, phone number, email, property street address and city, requested offer, and project interest. It also asks about existing lighting, approximate fixture count, budget comfort, timing, and any message you choose to share. If you request a lighting preview, we may follow up for a photo of your property. The mockup is AI-generated; we will discuss the photo and preview process with you before creating it. We use these details to respond, discuss your project, prepare a proposal, and coordinate requested services.
How inquiries are processed
The production website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to process consultation requests. Information submitted through the form is processed by that service and may be delivered through our business communication providers so we can respond.
Text messages about your request
If you select the optional texting checkbox, Nottingham Outdoor may send an automated confirmation and follow up about the request at the number you provide, using Quo, our business phone provider. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at (469) 290-1034 or braden@nottinghamoutdoor.com. Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing services. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing. Our hosting and communication providers process the information needed to deliver and manage your request.
Marketing and tracking
This version of the website has no advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing campaign.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer wish to hear from us about your inquiry. We may retain information needed to fulfill a service or satisfy applicable obligations.
